The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code Amended

A new office consolidation of The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code has been added to the Legislation page in CHRR Online. The update includes amendments passed by S.S. 2014, c. 33, which add gender identity as a prohibited ground of discrimination and raises the maximum damages that can be awarded from $10,000 to $20,000.
